Frustrated

Have been calling @Home Design Quarter to replace the incorrect chair they gave me. They delivered the same chair on Monday. Have been texting and calling the lady I engaged with and she’s been ignoring my calls. This has become frustrating. I also called the group call centre and they said they’d arrange for someone to call me back. No one did. In addition, I emailed customer service on the address listed on the website and there has been no response.
