Faulty products

Purchased hand wash dispensers from the Northgate branch and when I took them home and filled them they did not work. Had to take them back to exchange them and we tested the new ones int he store and they worked. When I get home and fill these ones they work but they are now leaking. This is now time energy and resources to have to return them a second time. I send an email to @home only to receive a reply stating ticket resolved. Unbelievable response from them.
