False advertising

@Home False advertising. I received a direct marketing email with a promotional offer of 20% discount on ALL Couches and Living Room Furniture. The Louvre Bench is advertised at R5499 however upon entering the site, the price increases to R5999. Additionally, the item is found in the navigation bar under Furniture > Living Room. I added the item to my cart along with the promotional code but the discount was not app****. I have attempted to contact the support team however I just get an email saying the item is not on promotion and the ticket is closed. There is no attempt to rectify or assist with the request or to process the purchase AS ADVERTISED! Could someone contact me in order to complete the purchase per the advertised price and discount.
