False advertising

So @Home are charging me R1500 for a delivery fee from their warehouse to the store where a product on display in the store SHOULD be. Such a reap off. I must pay them to avail somethiing that they're advertising in the store!!What nonsense is that ? What are our customer rights regarding this ?Is this not false advertising ? What is the point of collecting an item in the store "for free" if there's still an extra charge ?
