False advertising

I'm so disappointed with the @Homelivung space (TFG) and nespresso coffee machine promotion. I bought the nespresso vertuo coffee machine last year during 'Black friday' promotion at @homeliving space store at lifestyle crossing shopping centre. The same day I bought the machine the Nespresso promoter was there her name was Veronica, she said if I purchase the vertuo coffee machine I will receive R600 off coffee and free frother when I buy 10 sleeves of coffee. On 31st January 2023 I called the Nespresso call centre because the voucher kept saying invalid then I was then informed that if I purchase 10 sleeves I will get a free frother but not R600 off coffee / sleeve. I then whatsapp Veronica asking her that Nespresso advises I cant get both. Veronica then said 'It turns out the voucher doesnt apply when you get the free frother This was information which was communicated after' (via whatsapp conversation). I have sent Nespresso email regarding this and where my complaint was escalated to the manager and I spoke to the call centre manager who told me that I must take this up with the store because Veronica reports to the store not Nespresso, nespresso does only interviews'. I bought this machine because of the promotion of free frother and R600 off voucher that I was told about, and the Nespresso promoter promter even confirmed this, I have proof of whatsapp conversation. So clearly this a was false adverti*****t! I called the store and spoke to Tumelo who advised me to send an email to the store manager Natasha, I did, no response. I sent another email to tfg customer service no response as well. TFG is this unacceptable, I feel mislead and ******! What is Section 30 of the CPA?
