False Advertising

I was trying to order the FOSSIL DINING TABLE 220X100CM SKU ID: ***9 and apply the 20% off dining room furniture voucher code as per direct marketing and all of the adverts and promo material and posts on Facebook and social media which clearly stated "ALL full-priced dining furniture including dining tables, dining chairs, sideboards & consoles" see attached screenshot. When the voucher code would not work I contacted customer care and they responded to say the dining table I want is not part of the promo. If certain dining furniture items were not part of the promo then this should have been specifically stated and instead of the word "ALL" being used in promo material it should have read "SELECTED dining furniture". It has now been over 2 weeks and this has still not been resolved instead I received a mail stating that my request has been resolved. It seems as though I am not the only customer that has been left very disappointed by false advertising by @home.
