FABULOUS customer service

Have been pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service of ********** Recently had an issue with a Breville appliance purchased from them. Within days of mailing their customer service, I received an email from Prudence the area manager, and not long after from the store manager. They are handling my problem with such professionalism, and have gone out of their way to solve the issue. Thumbs up..... great great service.
