Extra mile service

Fifi helped me get the balance of all my gift cards and then one wasn't working anymore. She didn't tell me to call the call centre to sort it out, she instead took it upon her self to call them and get it sorted. The call centre couldn't help straight away so she took my number and called me back to say she had fixed my card for me. All this with a pleasant demeanour and smile. The rest of the ladies in the store were also very friendly, engaging with the customers and playing with a customers small child. Great staff!
