Exemplary Customer Service: Thank you Lindo (Design Quarter)

I have a set of Baccarat pots I bought 6 years ago and the non-stick coating had started to chip and one of the pot's handles had come loose so I went to the @Home Living Space store at Fourways Design Quarter. I was directed to a gentleman named Lindokuhle, the service I received from him was absolutely stellar and exemplary. He was polite, efficient and super helpful.

In the end he agreed to swap the pots for a new set and I paid the difference as the new pots was larger set as they no longer stocked the set I had bought.
