Exceptional customer service from Bash online team

I ordered a Huxley corner leather couch online and upon delivery, I noticed the couch had a cut on it. I notified them via email immediately and they were very quick to respond and attend to my query. They offered to collect the couch and refund me. Since I really loved the couch, i decided to keep it. Within a week of keeping the couch, I noticed more problems, the craftsmanship on the couch was very poor, not worth the 24k I spent on it. The leather was becoming loose on the places were we sit. I understand the colour of leather couches age however, the colour of the couch was changing in an unpleasant way. It looked like a very old couch. I ultimately decided to return the couch to get a refund. The bash online team responded to my email quickly again, arranged collection and refund was done very quickly. I am very impressed with the online Bash team. I am however very worried about the quality of @home products. I didn’t expect such a low quality couch for that price tag.
