A big up to Neevan the store manager from the Pavilion shopping centre in Durban. I was frustrated after I had an issue with a mattress I purchased a few weeks ago. But the store manager 'angry as I was' managed to get me a new one at a better price and quality compared to the previous one, I ended up saving some money and it was delivered the same day. Neevan and Sean, thank you for your excellent customer service, I know customers can be very hard sometime but I always say an appreciation must be given when it is due and earned.
