Excellent Customer Service - @Home Pavilion

My husband and I went to the Pavilion Branch of the @Home store on Sunday afternoon 31 March to purchase a coffee machine that was on sale. We were assisted by several members of staff when we made enquiries about the item we wanted to buy. It was such a pleasure to see these young people so willing to help and so willing to ensure that we got good customer service. Kirin (guy with the beard), Clare and another young lady in a black leather jacket teamed up to help us with the coffee machine request. Thereafter we encountered Morgan who went out of his way to help us to decide whether to buy some chairs and then today, despite not being at work, still contacted us to let us know that he had reserved the chairs that we want to buy. Another lady named Varusha was also very helpful in explaining how the rewards cards work despite it being so close to closing time. Good customer service, in my opinion, is quite rare these days, but the team on duty at this store on Sunday afternoon definitely made our shopping experience worth the time and money spent.
