Error message that does not appear on your error loist

I went to DSTV in Mondear. I cannot get hold of them this morning. I wasted R100.00 holding for them and still I was cut off. I have an error message and cannot watch any tv. I am paying my subscription and really I cannot deal with this ****. I live on my own and got onto the roof 5 five times and noone can assist me there.
