Electronic Gift card **** by @home

I purchased an electronic gift card from @home on the 22nd November 2021...the voucher was never sent to me. I went to the store and called customer service multiple times regarding.. Each time being told the same story, that they are following up on the matter. This was obviously meant to be a gift and the event has now passed. It is the 2nd December and I still don't have the gift voucher. I called and asked for my money back and they said they don't do refunds. So my money is gone and I don't have a voucher to show for it. I have been ****med by a store I trusted so much. Definitely not a customer here anymore.
