Egyptian cotton @Home Richards bay

I purchased a 230 thread grey bedding from @Home in Richardsbay and it was fraying . I contacted customer care and was advised to take it back to the store. The store manager Helena gladly assisted us. We were advised to upgrade to better quality and we purchased a black 600 thread bedding and fitted sheet , paid R4000. It's been 6 months, same thing, fraying and the colour changes.

I phoned customer care, and the store assistant called me to advise that they will order the replacement. Later on the store manager called and advised that she needs to retrieve the slip.

I decided to go to the store ,what bad service from the new store manager in Richardsbay. You cannot tell me that after purchasing for R4000 , you will be "doing me a favour" for looking for purchase slip even if I know the date of purchase.

I have purchased 6 sets of Egyptian cotton bedding from this store within a space of 3 years, what I have noticed is that the cotton pulls on their pillows and the color fades. After such experience, I will not be buying from this store again.
