Duck Feather pillows from @home is a no no as they poke you whole night

Me and my husband bought pillows from @home, a total of 8. I four duck feather pillows and 4 normal ones. I have complained on google reviews that the duck Feather pillows are really a nightmare to use as the feathers pop out and poke you the whole night and also just comes out and messes the house. They are really hard to sleep on even if you double the covers. Got a response there to send my details so they can contact me of which I did. Next thing I got an email yesterday 20 March indicating query resolved while there was no engagement with me. Wow the things are so pricey you would expect atleast good after sales and customer service but there's no care.
