DON'T ORDER ONLINE FROM BASH OR @HOME ... USELESS

To say I am livid is an understatement.

Placed and order and wanted to cancel - I was told I had to inform the Courier that they must take the order back for a refund.

The delivery company buzzed my buzzer and before I could tell them to take the order back – the COURIER LEFT THE BOX OF MY GOODS OUTSIDE MY LOCKED GATE AND DROVE AWAY LEAVING MY PARCEL OUTSIDE FOR ANYONE TO PICK UP AND WALK AWAY WITH… THE BOX IS ALSO HALF OPEN AND IN BAD SHAPE.

I EMAILED BASH AND THE COURIER COMPANY AND NEITHER ARE RESPONDING...
