Don’t order from @Home!

We ordered 5 items, including 2 kitchen stools on the 4th of December 2020 from @Home. We were assured that the items were in stock, and that we would get delivery “soon”. Of course, you have to pay in advance including for delivery. Eventually, after much phone calling by us, we received only 4 of the items on the 23rd of December. This is after @Home delayed the delivery twice because they “ wanted to deliver all 5 items together”. We still have not received the remaining kitchen stool as yet, and @Home despatch are not retuning our calls. What a *******. Never again!
