Don't buy anything from these clowns @Home & Foschini Group.

This is the most despicable group I have ever purchased anything from. The Foschini Group. but the @ Home store in Bedford centre to be specific. They do not answer their phone at all. I purchased an item paid in full and they where suppose to deliver within 3 to 4 day. Its now 10 Day and they have not call to let me Know when they intend on delivering. So I called the Help line *** since the store does not answer there phones. The help line is even more useless they keep transferring you to various people and I tried 6 times to see if one of them could help. The best I got from the finance department was that I should ask to speak to a manager. I tried that but they just don't put you through to any manager they put you on hold and them hang up. they say there is a survey at the end of the call but non of the 6 people put he survey on for me to leave my option of the worse store I have ever dealt with. People deal with Take a Lot they deliver within 3 day as promised and zero issues. Please stay away from they idiots they all deserve to be unemployed .
