DO not keep up to Promises made to clients

I have purchased a bed from @home in Sandton City on the 02 April 2015 from a Thokozani Khumalo. And he has promised us delivery on the 24 April 2015(Of which has long passed). We have paid the bed and delivery costs in cash. Upon contacting them , after numerous times, delivery was promised for today 29 April 2015, of which we have received a call this morning saying delivery can only be done next week - 06 May 2015. We will now have to delay our plans to accommodate @home. <br> Every time, I contact @home at Sandton city and request to speak to the manager, I am always told he/she is busy, and that he/she will call me back, but guess what they never do call back, I have to always do the calling. Personally, I do not think that @home Sandton City, is client friendly and helpful at all. They more than eager to accept your money on purchase, but do not deliver on their promises
