DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY

Unfortunately you can't give no stars. I recently paid the entire balance due on my account. Only to be charged for a phone call when I did not speak to anyone AFTER THE ENTIRE BALANCE WAS PAID. Then they feel like they can charge me interest - which they refuse to show how it was calculated and on what amount. Please take note that I will be reporting The Foschini Group for ********** activity to false and exorbitant charges to the account. Although, I'm fairly confident they will "forward this to the relevant department" which is quite untrue as your "relevant department" will then try justify why I must pay for imaginary charges to the account. Seems like @Home and most of the Foschini stores have gone for a ball of $h** for the last few years now. Not surprising to see so many complaints and yet no resolution at all.
