Do not buy essential product from @home during lockdown

I ordered and paid for essential product online, since the website state that they will deliver essential product. After 2 weeks without delivery, i will email to TFG but no response. I spent over 10 minutes on the phone to speak to get assistance and i have been told that they are still busy with the order before the lockdown as those orders is their priority. She keeps apologies and told me that i will be communicated and i received it eventually. Such an unpleasant, time consuming purchasing experience.
