Do not buy a couch from @Home! Go to Coricraft...

After one year our new couch is useless. The springs came through and the couch reshaped into such a way that it became impossible to sit on the couch.<br> <br> The process to which getting the couch replaced has been the most emotionally draining experience my wife and i have ever been involved in.<br> <br> There are major miscommunication issues between the distribution centre, the store and myself. They need to look at implementing processes where everyone involved knows what is happening. And not hearing different information from multiple people.<br> <br> They are now coming to collect the couch after all the hassles we have had, without giving us sufficient time to replace the couch.<br> <br> A huge disappointment!!!! I would never recommend the services or couches from @home to anyone.
