Disorganised and unserious

Disorganised and unserious, pathetic service they kept bringing the wrong chair in the wrong colour, after they forgot to book the office chair for delivery! Then topped it off with Ridiculous Excuses all the time! Had to accept the wrong colour because I was tired of arranging for them to keep delivering the wrong things!
