Dishonest and very unprofessional

We bought a new couch from them last year. Instead of receiving a new couch as requested. They gave us a couch from the floor and **** and said it wasn't. When we asked for proof that the couch was really shipped to their store and it's the one we have. For them to show us where they put the one that was on the floor previously and was no longer there. Nothing. Till this day we're still waiting for them to resolve the matter.
