Disgusting service

I ordered a corner unit and a 4 seater pn the 16th of this month on special, they delivered it on Monday, I realized it would not work so asked the delivery people if they had a left side unit in store they took it back to replace it with the left side unit, i have phoned but can't get through it gets cut off all the time, I got really angry today and finally got through to a lady named Lesego who assured me that they had the stock, so I insisted she delivered it tomorrow as I had waited long enough, she promised to get back to me in an hour, no such luck, only to check my emails in the evening to find out that they canceled my order without my knowledge or by being informed with a phone call, this is so unacceptable as I am a very good customer and a platinum member of Tfg group, i emailed them to insist that they give me my goods that I ordered, I am totally disgusted at the attitude of this retail outlet and if they don't I'm going to the consumer council and putting them on all social media platforms
