Disgusting attitude and false Advertising

Ordered and paid for kitchen aid items on sale. Order was confirmed. Payment was made and after waiting for delivery, would you believe, all of a sudden there's no stock.! Can you ever? What is this?! I requested the items to be sourced and delivered to me as I held up my part of the sale by paying. Now they want to refund me in 10 days?! I paid in 10 seconds.!!!
