Disgraceful service

Please refrain from buying from @home using the online store. The goods delivered arrive in a ********** condition. I bought 2 white pedal bins from them. Both bins arrived dented with the paint scratched off of them. The state of the bins was not was not even something you expect on their reduced pile. When complaining about the state of the bins they had the audacity to say they have spoken the their warehouse not to distribute items in this condition. The @home team refuses to collect these bins and deliver satisfactory content. After threatening the @home team with the consumer protection act they since decided to deliver new bins to a store near my residence. However, bare in mind I bought these bins online for the convince of having them delivered to my work. If you want quality, do not buy from their online store. You will only be disappointed.
