Disappointed with @home

I received a Haden kettle from my wedding registry after a couple of months the kettle started to leak. I sent numerous emails to @home without any response. My husband then went into the store and was told to come back as there were no stock. When he returned he was told the same thing but they will give him call. Been months of trying to return/refund/swap this kettle.
