Defective/rusty Robert Welch cutlery

I purchased a Robert Welch cutlery 12 placing set around June 2022. One of the knives is showing a rust spot, which I have never experienced before, with my other cutlery sets. Have sent all the required information to the Pavillion Store manger on 13 Feb 2023 for onward forwarding to Gateway store . To date have received no communication from @Home.
