DECLINED GIFT CARD

<p>went into the bedford branch with a gift card i recieved, not knowing, the card was expired. the store told me to call their HQ, which i did. the rude teamleader on the other side told me there is nothing they can do to assist. "its the stores problem if they want to honor the card". really!!! so @home then just pockets tons of money for unclaimed gift cards based on a "expiry policy", surely this has some legal rebounds, infact i will be taking this up with CPA and the relative ombudsman.</p>
