Dazzling Moments

This shout goes to Devon Philander, Store Manager @Homelivingspace Mall. I purchased an item from my nearest PE store 2 weeks ago however it was arranged for it to be collected from the EL store. After failed promises, me having to follow up and different excuses each time I decided to contact the EL Mall directly.

On a Monday morning Devon was on the receiving end of that frustration and he swiftly sprang into action. He dealt with me a a professional, calm and friendly manner, he made a priority as if I was the only client. He kept me informed every step of the way and made arrangements for my item to be packaged and ready for pick up. I did not expect it but he even sent me a little "surprise" to compensate for the awful service and experience.

My item was collected by my friend and they made sure she did not have to wait and even assisted her to the vehicle, she also informed me the staff were friendly and helpful. Devon kept me informed every step of the way!

We have become to accustomed to raising a fuss about poor or no customer service and forget to acknowledge a job well done. The is a small token of appreciation to Devon and team for affording me the @HOME service I have been accustomed to over the years. Wishing you all blessings in abundance over your store!
