Damaged items

I am very frustrated with @home they firstly delivered damaged pedestals and bed then we returned them now they deliver an incomplete bed without a base And after I made countless calls and visit at the branch

I cancelled another order because I ordered the wrong color on the 04/04/2024 even today I haven’t received my refund
