Customer Service done right

Let me start off by saying, this would be 5 stars, but because this is the best sale you've EVER had, I will be very sad for an unlimited amount of time, due to you guys not having anymore stock of the kettle I wanted. (If there is anyway for you to get the one I want on the sale price, I would be eternally grateful).

But my main reason for putting this compliment through is because staff ,who are as helpful as the ones I encountered at your Cape Gate branch, need to be recognized when they are just amazing!

I went into the branch hoping for a miracle, I didn't get one, but what I did get was an amazing girl, willing to help (even though I'm sure she knew it would be pointless). I am so sad I did not get her name, but all the ladies there were super helpful (well the two of them that tried to help me). When I thanked the lovely lady, she said she was just doing her job, but the truth of the truth of the matter is, there are people who do their job and then there's people who do customer service, and she did both brilliantly! Again, I feel like a fool not getting her name, but if you guys can just somehow get this through to the branch and just say the "kettle girl", I'm sure she will know who she is! Please tell her I say thanks again.
