Customer complaints not taken seriously
Hello Peter I have a bad experience with @home furniture shop . I bought a glass table, June 2021 the stickers holding the table together are falling off .I laid a complaint in store October 2021 that I want an exchange I'm not happy with the table they only send me an evaluator today 4 January 2021 who send me more stickers to hold the table, that table is not stable at all I'm afraid it might break cause is glass but when I called the store manager he told me he knows how to do his job and I'm not the only customer. I also wrote emails to the head office but no reply I also made calls to their customer care but I'm not sure that I will get help, how long should I wait is over 2months .

I'm not convinced that I will get help I have being receiving this automated messages but no formal response from ur team. If it was other furniture but I'm talking about a glass table and I have a 2 year old with a glass table that is unstable that is not safe at all. I have forwarded the pictures of the table on ur customer care email. And the msg from the rustenburg staff at waterfall mall they are not helpful at all and rude. I'm talking about a October 2021 complaint here , imagine how are we living with a 2 year old running around with a glass table that is unstable.

05 Jan 2022, 08:59The assessor only came in yesterday 04 January with just stickers I asked him should I always call because dis stickers always fall off , I had already called told the store I want a exchange but I was surprised when I have waited for an assessor 4 2 months only to bring me stickers. When I call the store the store manager tells me he knows how to do his Job that was rude of him and I only wanted to know when will they get back to me. He told me he is not sure because the assessor boss is on leave and also they can't take the table until then.
