Couch falling apart

I'm disappointed. I purchased a modular couch set from @Home Living Space in design quarter 2 years ago. The couches have started coming apart at the edges and the sewing is coming undone. These were not cheap couches at all! I contacted @Home Design Quarter and they asked me to send photos. They told me that they don't sell these couches anymore so they will need to email their warehouse to find out what to do. I emailed the photos and a while later they said they couldn't open the photos. MacDonald gave me his cell number to Whatsapp them, which I did. I followed up after a while, and then again on Thursday last week and I got the following reply: "I am off only going to work on Saturday". Saturday has passed and I still haven't heard anything back. I feel like this in unacceptable - couches shouldn't only last 2 years and they should get back to you to let you know what they are going to do about it.
