Cielo would never!!

If I could give it a negative stars I would. Absolutely terrible, I have been waiting for my office chair for almost a month now . It was supposed to take 5-10 working days, the worst part I when I logged a query I was told it’s ready for collection only to go to the store and find out it’s not. Then I was told “oh sorry it will arrive on the 19th” the 19th came and went and still nothing.
