Changing of delivery date without consent

The delivery confirmation customer service is poor. My deliver date was changed without my consent and I was called to say I changed it. After communicating that I did not make such a call, the lady was still persistent and unbothered that somehow the confirmations are mixed up! Great inconvenienced for a fault on their side.
