Change contact details on 21/11/2017,and still don't logon to my online account

What is wrong,with you people, I phoned to update my details, on 21/11/2017 and asked you to change my online information as well, but till now I still can't logon,emailed Cara Styles numerous times to sort out this mess,but nothing was done!!!. Thanks for nothing...
