Buying furniture from the store- Sandton branch

<p>Hi. I would like to complain about the horrible service I received regarding furniture items I wanted to purchase. I wanted to purchase 3 items: two pedestals and a headboard.I was told it's their policy that certsin items you can pick up from the store and others you cannot. The policies supp**** do not detail any of this, in fact they substantiate that you can receive your furniture item from the store. All I want is my furinture and none of these excuses.</p>
