Breville poor coffee machine and service.

Good day

We sent our Breville coffee machine in for a service as the grinder was faulty. After waiting a long period, we received our machine back, not fixed as the solenoid now is apparently faulty and there is no stock of this item. The machine came back in a very poor condition with scratches, and the bottom tray now cannot be removed. We had to hand in the machine at @home for the repair,they claim no responsibility in the process, and no technician report came back with the machine...only a message of buy a new one.
