Blaming the customer and lies...

Richard assisted me at the Brooklyn branch. Firstly he talks way to much and had the audacity to tell my partner how to wear his mask constantly. VERY ANNOYING when all you want is to buy couches... Then every couch we like is not in stock. Finally we found one that he claimed was in stock in the colour we requested and he said I should mail him my details on the Sunday and the warehouse only have one left and he an only confirm that its available in the warehouse on Monday morning. I then called him at 9 am and he said this "Because you didn't send me your details that couch is now gone" - COMPLETE LIE! Because in the meantime I searched and found that it is not available in the colour I wanted to Mr Richard likes to blame his customers for his mistakes.
