Big buy application with tfg (@home) woes!

Tfg customer service is appalling. I've called I don't know how many times to get assistance with my big buy application done at @home, the lady ilI spoke to this morning when I was following up for the hundredth time time was so rude and impatient! When I called earlier this week, another said he'll call be back that very same day, which he didn't. At this point I'm just over tfg really, such a shame!
