Bash TFG @home online store (worst service)

I placed an order on this bash app and I am now regretting it. The items I received were broken. I contacted their support and the guy was very rude to me. In the package that I received 2 products were broken and I wanted an exchange. I am told to go exchange at the store and the product is available at @home store that is more than 30 minutes from where I stay. I asked the guy if it was possible to get a delivery since I placed my order online and got it delivered home for the convince of not going to the store and he just told me he would repeat himself since I didn't understand the rules. This is the worst service ever and i will never order from this app again.
