Bad Treatment from @ Home Southgate Branch

I paid up my account and requested that all magazines attached to my account be canceled although I knew I did not have any magazines attached. The consultant I dealt with at Southgate branch promised that my account will remain at Zero balance. But to my surprise I was told that I'm owing about hundred and something which I paid and requested that they close my account permanently with immediate effect. That was not done and I was promised that they can only close it permanently after the 15th August 2020. That date passed and I was send a message that I'm now owing R88. 00 I just demand that my @ Home account be permanently closed with immediate effect and be send a paid up letter so that I do not encounter a problem next time.
