bad service & rude staff

I have never received such bad service ANYWHERE. I will never purchase anything fromantic @home again. The staff **** to me, failed to action a refund of 20K I had to go back to the store 6 times. When I did get a delivery. The delivery people broke a window in my house, which I had to then go and get fixed myself! The @home staff only called me 4 DAYS after the event. I'm truly flabbergasted at their behavior
