Bad Service! No Sign up vouchers as advertised
Poor service from the TFG service centre. I opened an account with @Home (TFG Retail chain) thinking that I would get the R1500 signing up vouchers which is advertised everywhere on their ad campaigns that flashes up on Youtube etc, and is in their terms and conditions. Once my account was approved, went to the store to collect my card and asked when I will get the vouchers. The salesman says that the promotion is over!! Anyway he says I should call the contact centre. I called in, and spoke to an agent and asked about the vouchers, she said that she unaware of such discount and spoke to her team leader. She came back to the phone only to tell me that they will investigate and get back to me. I opened that account last month, and no call back from the call centre.

31 Jul 2019, 17:33When I spoke to the agents, they made it as if I'm getting my information from thin air, when clearly it states on their terms and conditions that if you click on a campaign banner, you will be directed to TFG account opening, and sign up online to get the vouchers... ***** I tell you

DIGITAL New Account Campaign - R1500 voucher offer
1. To receive R1, 500.00 (one thousand five-hundred rand) worth of TFG discount vouchers, an account application needs to be received and finally approved by TFG’s New Accounts department within the period 1 May 2019 – 31 March 2020.
2. You need to follow the process below to be eligible to receive the vouchers:
a.You must click on a TFG New Account digital campaign banner.
b. Once you have done this, you will be directed to the TFG new account application form online platform. Complete the application form and submit your proof of income documentation to TFG if required.
c. If your application is approved you will receive R1, 500.00 (one thousand and five hundred rand) in TFG vouchers to spend at any of the 20+ TFG retail brands, across 2500 stores nationwide. These vouchers will be sent to you via SMS with unique voucher codes and can be redeemed at any TFG store on account purchases. Your cell phone must be correct on application.
