Bad service from @home.

I recently made an order online for 2x large roaster dishes that were on sale for R299, with a couple of other things.

My order arrived in a very disappointing state, the cutlery set I bought seems as though it was kicked around everything was mixed up badly in that packaging box.

The two sets of the roster dishes were broken and the box not even marked fragile for the courierto know its breakables.

I then sent an email to tfg customer services to no response since the 04th of December 2021.

What's more hurtful is that those were ment to be a wedding gift..... I'm so disappointed
