Bad service from @Home

I bought furniture at the Grove mall on the 1st of September for R12k cash and being informed that what I had initially ordered was out of stock. My furniture was supposed to be delivered on the 16th but it wasn't. Nobody called to inform of any change in dates of delivery until I called the store to enquire. I've had nothing but bad service from this store, from declining credit facility to spending an hour in the store just to complete a simple transaction now to this!
