Bad service at @home

I went to @home vall mall to buy chairs that were on special on the 08 October 2019. I needed 3 dinning room chairs they only had 2 and they said they will order me one from other branches, it will arrive after 5 working days and after that I received a call from the person who was helping me ( Thsidiso) that they got the chair but it was a wrong one, they will inform me when it arrives. I went to the shop to ask about my chair since I have already paid for them and only received two, on the 18th of October I went to the shop nobody could give me an answer only that they will look into it. I asked for the manager and told her my problem, she said she will look into it only to call me and empty promises until today I have not receive my chair and still waiting for their call
